Shayla's Dance pictures

Today was the girls' dance company photo shoot. First up was Shayla. She looked like a cute polka-dot diva! She was BEAUTIFUL!!! Here are the shots I took of her.......

Kaleigh's turn

That night it was Kaleigh's turn to go get her dance pictures done. She looked like a pretty purple princess. She looked BEAUTIFUL!!! Here's my shots of her...

The Buddies

Of coarse I had to seize the moment and get pictures of them together...............

I looooove that these two are best friends! I only pray that they will stay that way their whole lives. Nothing can compare to a girl having a sister that is ALSO her best friend!!!

"Peyton Cherei Biehn"

No explanation needed. She cracks us up and melts our hearts!!!

Little bit of this and that...

Here are some random pictures that I cherish. I also need to play catch-up. Here's the girls on the trampoline. They are such good sisters to Peyton! They never leave her out.
Peyton has found that it is easier to eat ice-cream like a dog.

And the outcome is beautiful!!!
The girls' favorite game? To play "human clock" with Daddy. Kaleigh stays straight as an arrow. It cracks us up!
Typical Shayla is wild and all over the place!
Peyton screams laughing!!!
Peyton recently participated in an American right-of-passage; her first Twinkie!
With all this GORGEOUS spring weather we've been hitting the parks regularly. Shayla loves the rope ladder.I even get in on the action on the twisty thing. (puke-o-rama galore) It goes soo fast!
Peyton loves the slide, but insists on going solo. Yikes!
Scott and Kaleigh love climbing to new heights.
Our new favorite spot? The Daybreak Lake. It's soooo fun!
The girls love soaking their piggins...
Peyton has mastered the dirty face look. I think it works well for her, don't you? Sweet Shay is always by her side. Well, more like the mastermind behind the mess. lol

The dresses

Grandpa and Grandma Griffin got the girls these dresses, and my oh my, they are so cute! Thanks guys, the girls LOVE them! (and so do we)

THE Concert!

On the 14th Suzie and I went to the best concert! We first had dinner at Costa Vida and then headed to the ESA. The Pussycat Dolls opened the show and were amazing! They looked fabulous and kept us on our feet! We were stoked to be there!

Then Britney came out!!! She put on the best show and looked incredible. It was more than a concert. It was a SHOW!!! I guess I should have figured that since her tour was called "The Circus." It was amazing!
Retarded picture, I know, but I couldn't help but sing and dance the entire 3 hours.
Suzie was cuttin' a rug too!
We had a blast!
I don't care what anyone thinks. Britney is smokin' hot and has still got it!!!

Thanks for sharing the night with me, Suz. It was so much fun. Now let's get ready for No Doubt next month! Woo hoo...

Last day of Spring Break...

Over Kaleigh's spring break we did a lot of fun things. For one of them we took the girls to The Olive Garden for lunch (their request) and then we all went and saw Monsters vs. Aliens. It was really cute and the girls loved it. We were a little nervous about taking Peyton into a theatre, but she did amazing. She watched half and then slept through the other half. So did I. He he!

Shayla the Soccer-Star!

Shayla started soccer on Saturday. She was soooo excited to get her turn at sports. She did GREAT too! I think we might have a little sports girl on our hands. She looked adorable in her uniform. Her jersey number is 2.... Daddy giving her a pep-talk...

Whack! That girl packs a mean punch!
She was awesome out there.
The highlight of the day? This wacky woman who's son was on the team next to ours. Her butt was COMPLETELY hanging out! How did she not care? We were dying. Kaleigh's reaction was hilarious and Scott threw up in his mouth. lol

Here's a little video from the day with our butt-iful friend in it. Some people.....

Easter Sunday

The day before Easter we had fun dyeing our eggs... Sarah and Kaleigh were partners....

And so were Scott, Shayla and I.
Peyton was napping, so we did hers for her. She liked it!
Easter morning the girls woke up and searched for their baskets. They found 'em!
Scott and I got started on our feast-prep. He cleaned the turkey. Thank goodness cause I have a phobia of raw poultry. lol
Then we all got fancy for church. The girls looked gorgeous in their matching dresses!
Our 3 Musketeers!!!
The girls got eggs that really hatch in their baskets. All's you have to do is put them in water. They stood there waiting for an hour. Poor things! It took 3 days for the dang things to hatch.
After church we watched a video about the Resurrection and then the girls played with some of their new goodies. This is their mini bowling set.
Then we headed into the backyard for their Easter egg hunt. Peyton wasn't interested. She just wanted to ride around.
Kaleigh was the winner, but gave half of her eggs to Peyton out of sympathy. That's our sweetheart!
Shayla was proud of her "treasure". She did great too!
After that we sat down to dinner. This was the first turkey we had ever done by ourselves. It was the best one we've ever had! Well, not really. It was disgusting! It over cooked and was as dry as the Sahara. Yuck! We, luckily, had homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, creamed corn and jello salad to save us from starvation. For dessert we had a delicious Lemonello Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory.

It was a very relaxing and sweet Easter. We hope you all had the same...
