Boondocks

We had such a fun weekend! On Friday night we took the girls out to dinner and then to a place called Boondocks. Shayla and I raced (and kicked booty) on the race cars and then Scott and Kaleigh did the same. The girls then played their hearts out on the Kiddie Cove while Peyton enjoyed the Air Hockey table. It was a blast!

Shake It Like A Poloroid Picture!

Here's Kaleigh performing her dance "Sugar Pie Honey Bunch" from last semester's dance class. Notice how well she shakes it! Mama has taught her well! LOL

Shay's Turn at it...

This is Shayla performing her dance "My Girl" from last semester's ballet class. She was a little camera shy, but still cute!

Family Night

For Family Night on Monday night we went to the Church History Museum and Temple Square. It was so much fun! We loved all the exhibits at the museum. Especially the painting above of Brigham Young's wife and their first born child. The baby is eerily similar to Peyton! I just pray I don't look anything like his wife! LOL.That is mean, I know. The temple and grounds were breath takingly gorgeous. How can you not feel the spirit so strong when you go there? It's amazing!

Zoom Zoom!

This was taken over a week ago, but I wanted to post it anyways. Peyton just turned 9 months and is crawling (and pulling herself up) onto everything. It's nuts! Even since I videoed this, she has become way better! Where does the time go? I swear I just had her a couple months ago! Weird...

Support

So as most of you know, my Dad is battling Multiple Myeloma cancer. (Bone marrow cancer) Well, on Monday he finally lost all of his hair and is as bald as a newborn baby. I, of coarse, was an emotional wreck when I received the picture above. I could not stop crying! Wouldn't you know my WONDERFUL hubby trekked into our bathroom that very night to shave his head in support of MY dad. He had a lot of hair as you can see above. I am so grateful that he did that! My heart goes out to my dad. He is an amazing man and such a fighter! I love them both to death!

Seven Peaks Water Park

Yesterday Sarah and I went to Seven Peaks Water Park all day. We had a stinkin' blast! I felt like a teenager again. We went on a lot of fun slides as well as some REALLY scary ones. We swung from ropes like Tarzan, scaled across Lilly pads, swam in the wave pool and screamed our lungs out on some awesome slides! The videos below are our attempts at being like Tarzan. Don't laugh too hard. We had great sister bonding time! At 4:00 it was time to take it up a notch, so our B.F.F.'s Suzie and Julianne joined us for some "I'm gonna pee my pants laughing" moments. It was awesome! We again went on a lot of stuff and wore ourselves out. They were a blast to have around and we can't wait to go back again with them in the future. We got some awesome tans too!
