'Twas Halloween night, and all through the house every creature was stirring, including the mouse.
Then just as the moon shed light on the path, our little creatures heard somebody laugh. And like tiny moths drawn into a flame, the tricksters appeared at the end of our lane.

And laughing and giggling the children all came. Their feet treading lightly over Olympiad Lane. All silly and giddy and looking for sweets. All shouting together, "Trick or Treat!".

"Come in!" said we. "Please be our guests. Come to our party. We've put out our best!" Into the front room the children all peeked, so eager to see our Halloween treats. But what they saw on that shadowy night made each little trickster shiver with fright!

From lots of little tricksters came lots of little shrieks. And away they all ran down our pretty little street. Dropping their bags and spilling their treats. And Peyton just smiled with their goodies she started to eat!
Hope you all had a fantastic Halloween as well!!!
