Last night Suzie and I had a girls night out. A much needed one. We decided to go to her favorite restaurant, The Happy Sumo. I felt like trying something totally outside my comfort zone; sushi! We got the "Vegas Roll" which consists of salmon, seaweed, cream cheese, rice and is coated in tempura. It was good! I can't say I LOVED it only because I absolutely hate the taste of seaweed. Other than that I thought it was great! I am very glad I tried it. It was fun walking around the Gateway to work it off, too! :)

Okay I'm not a fan of sea weed either. Dan loves the Happy Sumo so I'm always trying to find something there that I actually will eat. It's way expensive to be "getting through the meal" though. We've resorted to getting him sushi rolls at Costco ;)
lol, Thanks for having us over the other night. I'm always down for one of your dinners. It was fun to see everyone before they shipped back to California too. Plus, I got to meet Lloyd for the first time. I'm sorry Axton made him squeak :(
