Last Tuesday Suzie called me up to inform me that she would be kidnapping me that coming Friday, the 26th. She wouldn't tell me where she was taking me. She only told me what time she'd be picking me up and that Julianne was going to watch Peyton and Shayla for me. I WAS SO EXCITED! I absolutely looove surprises and don't get them often. She showed up Friday morning at 9am and even brought me flowers. They were bright and beautiful!
We took a quick picture and then headed off...
She took me to The Avenues Day Spa! It was so antique and gorgeous. I was feeling quite special, let me tell you. :)
Once there she scheduled a body scrub/massage for herself and a body wrap for me. Ahhhhh. I had never had one. It was amazing. I was so relaxed and on cloud nine when we left.
After there she took me to The Garden for lunch. It was also amazing. I was feeling soooo spoiled!
On our way leaving Downtown we got hooked up with some free Pepsi's from some adoring construction workers. LOL. They offered us some of their catered lunch, but we settled for some Nectar-of-the Gods instead. :)
Then we hit Kneaders for some yummy chocolate mousse cups. Mmmm!
It was such an amazing treat. I don't know why Suzie did this for me. She just kept saying, "Because you deserve this!". All's I know is I loved every minute of it and appreciated it more than she'll ever know. She is the best friend ever and I absolutely LOVE her!!!
