Last month Shayla was awarded "Student of the Week". She was so excited and got all kinds of fun recognition at school. She got the award for "academic excellence". Go Shay Shay!!! One of the things she was given was a certificate from Papa Murphy's for a free tub of cookie dough. She couldn't wait.
She was quite tickled to have her very own batch of cookie dough and couldn't wait to make cookies for the family.
And so she did...
I must say...they were the WORST cookies I've ever had. Poor Shayla! I wish I could have caught her reaction to their ugliness when I pulled them out of the oven. We all did a good job of making her feel like they were fine anyways. Needless to say, we won't be buying their cookie dough EVER!
It's the thought that counts anyways, right? lol

This is so funny... because we totally agree! My girls got the award and the yucky dough that comes with it. No good!
