Farewell Kleinfelder

As many of you know, Scott just switched jobs. He worked for Kleinfelder for over 8 years. He started at the VERY bottom of the bucket picking up cylinders from jobs for only $12/hr. He made a goal to do everything possible to work his way up the "food chain". He went back to school to get his degree, (even though he was working full-time and had a wife and 2 kids at home) he went to Inspection school and got every license that he could, and he worked his HARDEST and was honest and never cut corners. It all payed off! Needless to say, he was promoted time and time again and after less than 6 years became the Salt Lake Materials Department Manager, a heavy responsibility. On December 30th he hung up his hat with Kleinfelder and started working for Kiewit on January 5th. He is now the Quality Manager, an even heavier responsibility! I am so proud of my husband and the amazing man that he is. He is so driven and motivated to be the best provider for his family that he can possibly be. He does a fantastic job, too! We have never struggled or gone without. I appreciate all that he does for us and love him to death and know that he will shine for this new company. This picture was taken the day he quit. I had a celebration dinner for him on the 30th at The Red Iguana. It was lots of fun! Congratulations on your accomplishment baby!
