Well, on the 31st of December I turned the big 3-0!!! Yippee. (Not!) Despite the fact that that made me feel old, for the first time, I had a great day. We ran a few errands and then Scott took the girls and I to my favorite eatery in the whole world...Cafe Rio!!! Yum, yum and YUM! He told them it was my special day so they sang 3 songs to me, gave me free food and free Chocolate Flan. Score!
Then we headed to the mall so Scott could take me shopping. The girls rode the carousal.
They even took a spin in the Hurricane Simulator. The winds in that get up to 78 mph and the girls laughed hysterically the whole time.
It was SO adorable!
Shopping buddies. :) Have I mentioned that I LOVE having all girls? Well, I do!!!!
After shopping, we took the girls home. Mom was kind enough to babysit them and Scott took me out for the night. First, we went to my favorite restaurant, Texas Roadhouse. Yummy! Scott is so wonderful. ♥
While we were sitting there, Scott grabbed my hand and said some extremely sweet things and then handed me a little box that said, "Kay Jewelers". I opened it to find this gorgeous diamond necklace. It's two heart intertwined on top of a key. SO SWEET!
After dinner we went to the movies and saw Fighter. It was the best movie we'd seen in a long time! When we got home we discovered this yummy cake Mom made for me. Sweet!
Then I opened the gifts from Scott and the girls. They got me really cute jeans.
Anyone who knows me knows i LOVE boots! They got me these adorable black ones.
And these sexy brown ones. Thanks everyone!
After dessert, we put the kiddos to bed and stayed up till 4 am watching movies. (we highly regretted that the next day) I'm so thankful to my beautiful family, especially husband, who made my birthday so special. I'm so lucky! ♥
