On April 3rd Scott and I were watching Conference. The girls were in Kaleigh's room watching Tangled. Peyton got a hold of these...
and decided to give herself a haircut!She chopped quite a bunch off the left side only. These pictures don't do justice, I promise. Naughty girl!
She told us she wanted to cut her hair and see if it turned brown, like Rapunzel's. Sigh.
She felt very bad for what she did, even though Scott and I weren't mad at her. She is our first child to hack their hair. No surprise.
We found this pile of hair along with chopped up ribbon under Kaleigh's desk. Apparently she was going to try to "put it back on". It didn't work out that way. :)
The next day I took her to Cookie Cutters to get it evened out. Amy said it was bad and the only way to make it look decent was to giver her a shorter-than-ever bob. Oh well...go for it!

Luckily Peyton looks super cute with short hair so it wasn't too bad.
I sure hope this is the last time something like this happens! LOL
