A Day at the Park

Today Shayla, Peyton and I decided to take advantage of the BEAUTIFUL weather and head to the "Castle Park" in West Jordan to play and have a picnic. This park is waaaay too cool! We made our favorite...bagel sandwiches and veggie crisps. Yummy!

Peyton wasted no time eating so she could play.
This is what Peyton does when you tell her to "stand at attention". It's so cute!
Sweet little Shayla was in heaven!
So was little Peytie Pie!
Even I got in on the action as the Captain of Shayla's ship. lol
I love this gorgeous little girl!
They had a blast going down the slide together. Peyton prefers it this way though. Ha!
Shayla couldn't get enough of the tire swing. The faster and higher it went, the more she cracked up! It was adorable!
Peyton loved having the big red swing all to herself. We had such a blast and can't wait to go back!

HELP!!!!

This one's for all my "Utah Peeps". This post is going to leave my BFF VERY upset at me, but I don't care. Desperate times call for desperate measures! Suzie is not desperate. I am. I NEED this girl to find a man! I have no connections so I need help finding her a good man. She's 28, beautiful, sweet, spiritual, kind-hearted, athletic and the list goes on. If you know of anyone, please let me know! The only criteria is...he has to be at least 25, active in the church, somewhat tall (she's 5'8) and have a good head on his shoulders. PLEASE, Utahn's, HELP A GIRL OUT!!! LOL (sorry suz, we'll talk later :) )

ZOOLANDER

I bought Scott this jacket 2 years ago, and he's never worn it once! He said it looked like a chick jacket. When he came outside wearing it last night the girls couldn't stop laughing at him. Either could I! I think he was right. He said he looked like "Zoolander" so I had to get a pic. Too funny! That jacket is on it's way to D.I..... lol

Randomness

Here are a few pictures that I love....

I love Scott and my girls to death!!!

St. Paddy's Day 2009

We started the morning off with green eggs and ham. Shayla, Peyton and I did cutesy things during the day and then we had a traditional Irish meal for dinner. It was super yummy! The loaf of bread I made was bigger than Peyton's head. It was so funny!

After dinner the girls went on a scavenger hunt for their pot-of-gold from the secret leprechaun. He hid it under our sink! It was filled with all kinds of goodies that the girls loved. They were so excited!
After that we all got in our pj's and headed to the family room with a big plate of homemade sugar cookies and snuggled under a big blanket while watching "Darby O Gill". It was such a fun day and I just LOVE traditions! Hope you all had a great St. Patricks Day too....

Dad and Mom Biehn Came to Town

On Thursday Scott's parents came to visit us. They left Monday morning so we had a lot of fun to squeeze into a short amount of time. Friday Lynne and I headed out for some browsing and shopping while Scott and Norm took care of a couple things around the house. We then all headed to the Draper Temple open house, which was BEAUTIFUL! Besides the lame protesters (who REALLY need to get a life) it was a really special trip. The temple is absolutely gorgeous and we were glad Norm and Lynne were able to share that experience with us. Peyton wasn't amused with the whole trip. In fact, she was bored out of her mind and made it almost impossible. Kaleigh and Shayla were wonderful and Kaleigh was so sweet with her comments about every room. They loved having Grandpa and Grandma there!

Shayla looks like she was in pain, but she wasn't. LOL. They are such sweet friends!
That night Suzie watched the girls (thanks again Suz!) while us adults went out to dinner. We headed to my favorite place, The Cheesecake Factory. Besides having to wait 6 hours (insert:slight exaggeration) it was a nice night. We walked the mall during our 2 hour wait.
Saturday we went to a lot of places. I didn't get any pictures, but it was a really fun day. I love Provo! They have a lot of great places. Sunday we went to church and then just relaxed. The girls loved watching "The Wizard of Oz" with Grandma Biehn. Peyton was bored with that too, apparently.
That night after dinner, Kaleigh got to open her early BDay presents from them and Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Jocelyn. Grandpa and Grandma got her a cupcake maker and a drawing tablet. J&J got her a really cute self made story kit. Too cute! She loved everything.
Grandma got Shayla and Peyton a little something to open too. They were stoked!
Although the time went by REALLY fast, we had a great time. We always love having them and look forward to June, when they come back. We love you Dad and Mom Biehn!!!

Aunt Suzie's Souvenirs

Aunt Suzie returned from Hawaii last week and brought the girls the cutest souvenirs! As you can see...hula outfits. The girls LOVE them and wear them often. Don't they look adorable too?! ALOHA!!!!

She also brought me some really cute dishes (you all know my obsession) and Scott a really cute shirt. Thanks Suz! You rock!!!
