Dad and Mom Biehn Came to Town

On Thursday Scott's parents came to visit us. They left Monday morning so we had a lot of fun to squeeze into a short amount of time. Friday Lynne and I headed out for some browsing and shopping while Scott and Norm took care of a couple things around the house. We then all headed to the Draper Temple open house, which was BEAUTIFUL! Besides the lame protesters (who REALLY need to get a life) it was a really special trip. The temple is absolutely gorgeous and we were glad Norm and Lynne were able to share that experience with us. Peyton wasn't amused with the whole trip. In fact, she was bored out of her mind and made it almost impossible. Kaleigh and Shayla were wonderful and Kaleigh was so sweet with her comments about every room. They loved having Grandpa and Grandma there!

Shayla looks like she was in pain, but she wasn't. LOL. They are such sweet friends!
That night Suzie watched the girls (thanks again Suz!) while us adults went out to dinner. We headed to my favorite place, The Cheesecake Factory. Besides having to wait 6 hours (insert:slight exaggeration) it was a nice night. We walked the mall during our 2 hour wait.
Saturday we went to a lot of places. I didn't get any pictures, but it was a really fun day. I love Provo! They have a lot of great places. Sunday we went to church and then just relaxed. The girls loved watching "The Wizard of Oz" with Grandma Biehn. Peyton was bored with that too, apparently.
That night after dinner, Kaleigh got to open her early BDay presents from them and Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Jocelyn. Grandpa and Grandma got her a cupcake maker and a drawing tablet. J&J got her a really cute self made story kit. Too cute! She loved everything.
Grandma got Shayla and Peyton a little something to open too. They were stoked!
Although the time went by REALLY fast, we had a great time. We always love having them and look forward to June, when they come back. We love you Dad and Mom Biehn!!!

I'm so glad you could take the girls to the temple. They couldn't stop talking about it all night it made a huge impact on them. And so great that Norm and Lynne could come and spend time with you guys. I know the girls loved that too!!!
