A REALLY good recipe is hard to find, I feel. I FOUND ONE though! It's the best Chicken Tortilla Soup I've ever had. There's a lot of prep work, but it's really easy. The best part is that it cooks in the crock pot all day so your house smells amazing! I served it with taquitos and guacamole. Thanks goodness, too, because it's pretty spicy for the kiddos. I'd love to share the recipe, but want to see if anyone is interested first. Just let me know....
