After looking at my own blog, I realized that I don't take the opportunity to talk about little Shayla as much as the other two. Not because I don't want to, but because there isn't as much going on with her as Kaleigh and Peyton. (Due to their ages) Nevertheless, here I go...
Last night I was in the kitchen cooking dinner when Shayla walked in and saw what I was making. She then said, "Mommy, I want to stir that!". After I explained that the fire could burn her so I would just do it she said, "I can't wait till I'm a mom and then I can make dinner. But it's taking me forever to grow up and be a mom!". What a sweetheart! Her innocence melted my heart, and needless to say, she helped make dinner last night. We love our little blue eyed sweetie!

Okay, so Shayla has a special place in my heart since she was the first to be born after I came into the Biehn Family. What a little sweetheart and well-spoken from the get go! Give her (and siblings) sqwunches from me and Jeremy!
So I got to spend a lot of time with your family this weekend!! I had a great time! It takes a minute to get used to the family humor, but once you understand they are hilarious. I tried to pressure Lisa into getting a blog...but didn't succeed. Maybe you will have better luck. Shay's eyes are the prettiest things ever by the way.
