A couple of weeks ago we had the girls' Spring Dance Recital. It was outdoors (i am foreshadowing). There was some sort of air show going on nearby with a jet and 4 fighter-jets following it. It was awesome, but very distracting and loud!
Shayla looked adorable in her polka-dot outfit!
Kaleigh looked like a pretty princess in hers!
And Peyton looked adorable just watching. She was dancing the whole time!

And Shayla. During Shay's performance a HUGE storm rolled in. There was insane wind, thunder, lightening and TONS of rain! So much that they had to cancel the show. We didn't even get through half of the performances. It was NUTS!
Suzie came to watch the girls and got drenched instead. She was dripping wet! She headed out with Peyton when it first started to get bad. Thanks for your help and support Suz! :)

We, and Suzie, got the girls pretty flowers. Shayla loved them.
And so did Kaleigh. They were troopers!
The show was cancelled and rescheduled for this past week. The weather was supposed to be pretty and sunny. It was another HUGE storm complete with hail. We got all fancied up for nothing. Again! Oh well. Better luck next year!

Crazy day... Thanks again to you and Scott for rescuing me and Brynn. Dora The Explorer wasn't cutting it out there in the down pour! Your girls did great!
What an ADVENTURE!!!! This will be one of those memories that stick with us as crazy fun!! The girls rocked and they looked beautiful!
P.S Peyton has the best dance skills of any 1 year old i've ever known. That girl can shake it!!! :)
