Friday the 12th was Kaleigh's last day as a first grader! She was so excited, but I was more!!! She did a great job in school and learned and matured a ton. We are so proud of our big girl!
For some reason her hair has grown a ton this school year!

Here she is after school with her yearbook and report card. She received Honors in all but one subject. The other subject was a B+. Great job sweetie!
To celebrate her success in 1st and Shayla's in preschool (Shayla's graduation was the day of Mike's funeral so we weren't able to attend. Her teacher said Shay is the smartest 4 year old she's ever known)we went to Chili's for dinner and took the girls to see Night at the Museum 2. It was a hectic night, but fun nonetheless. I LOVE the way Peyton is looking at Kaleigh in this picture!
We are so proud of our little Shayla too!
We decided to pull Kaleigh out of the Charter school she has been attending and enroll her in the regular school down the street. We look forward to what lies ahead. Kaleigh is so excited to be on the "track system" and is stoked that she doesn't have to wear ugly uniforms anymore. Yeah! We can't believe we officially have a 2nd grader now. My how time flies!!!

Dang!How did time fly by so fast... she is growing up so quickly! I can't believe she is a second grader! She is becoming more beautiful everyday!!
