Our Father's Day

Our Father's Day was simple and nice. We started the day off by giving Scott his gifts, which he loved...(shirt, shorts, shoes, cologne, sunglasses and a watch) Then we headed to church. Here's Daddy with his three little Princesses...

When we got home, they relaxed and hung out. I slaved away in the kitchen. lol. Then we had dinner. Scott requested my carnitas tacos, mexican rice and black beans.

It turned out fabulous! He was very pleased.

Then we had dessert. I made a triple chocolate bundt cake and homemade vanilla ice-cream.

I am very thankful for the opportunity we have to get a day set aside once a year to celebrate the amazing men in our lives. They deserve it! Scott is an amazing dad and works so hard for our family. He works 13 hours a day, every single day, and only gets paid for 8 but never has complained once. He is a work horse and although it's tiring on both of us and I miss him, I can't complain. He's the best husband and daddy for doing this all for us!!!
