We love all things Fall! One of our favorite things to do is head up the Alpine Loop and admire the changing colors on all the trees. We love taking hikes in it too, which is what we did on the 9th. It's so beautiful!

On the 15
th I participated in the "Night of the Running Dead Race" which is a fundraiser for cancer research for The Huntsman Center. I signed up as a zombie and asked
Suz to do it with me. It was a lot of fun, and for a great cause!

Zombie
BFF's!

Scott and the girls came to cheer us on.

Nasty, I know. I had put rotting flesh on my face and Scott couldn't resist peeling it off....with his teeth!
Ewwwwwwwww!!!!!!

That's me and
Suz on the right. I can't wait to do it again next year!

On the 22
nd we took family pictures and we are extremely happy with how they turned out!

After pictures we went on another drive up Alpine Loop with Dad, Mom and Nana.

The girls decided what they wanted to be this year all on their own.
Kaleigh was a black cat, Shayla was a witch and Peyton was the Corpse Bride. This was their Halloween Card pic.

I love all the pretty pictures the girls draw in the backyard. They are little artists!

Pumpkin carving!

and Shayla too!

Jeremy, Jocelyn, Tessa and Natalie came to visit us on the 28
th. Needless to say, there was an abundance of fun and laughter! On the 29
th we headed to
Cornbelly's. We had a blast and spent a good chunk of time there. The girls were all in heaven!

After we
got home Suzie came over to babysit for us (thanks
Suz, you ROCK!) and we adults went to
Carino's for dinner. The rest of our night turned out to be a very funny, but long, story and we had a blast. We love spending time with Jeremy and Jocelyn. I think we all crack up non-stop! I wish they lived here.

On the 31st we headed to lunch and the Lake for some playtime. Scott and Jeremy had fun with this thing...

Shayla,
Kaleigh, Natalie and Tessa. ♥

Then we came home and got ready for the festivities. All ready for trick-or-treating!

And off we go!

Danny and Megan came by with the boys. They were dressed as the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts. They looked AMAZING!!!

Time for our spooky dinner complete with witches brew, witches fingers and Ogre Stew. Sounds appetizing, right?

We were all pooped! After dinner we had pumpkin crunch and watched Young Frankenstein. It was a great Halloween! Jeremy, Jocelyn and girls left the next day and we have missed them ever since! Did I mention Jocelyn is pregnant? Yes, she is! We are so excited. They are having a baby boy named Grant. Adorable! We can't wait to meet him. :)
